Visit Our Office

The Stanly Health Foundation office is located at 217 Yadkin Street (the small brick house to the left of the main entrance to Atrium Health Stanly). For easiest access, park in the front driveway of the house and enter through the glass breezeway. You’ll find our doorbell there. We welcome your visit! The foundation office is open Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm.
